Rachel is an RMT who is drawn to working with people with mental health concerns, as well as those with chronic health issues such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and migraines. Having suffered for many years with migraines (at one point she was getting 2-3 migraines per week), she has compassion for those struggling in similar ways. She has strong hands where this is needed, and provides a non-judgmental, caring, and open space in which to share one’s vulnerabilities. She recently began learning Craniosacral Therapy, a very gentle manual technique that helps regulate the nervous system and can promote pain relief by releasing fascial restrictions in the body. She is excited to explore the power of this very subtle technique and to support clients in meaningful ways! In her spare time Rachel enjoys the simple things in life; feeling aliveness through being in nature, connecting with like-minded souls, cooking, and physical activities such as slacklining, yoga, and dance

At TCMW, Rachel takes inspiration from those who remind her to approach health in a holistic manner, taking care of one’s body, mind, and spirit. Through the ongoing process of seeking this within herself, she strives to meet you where you’re at and share tools and resources to help you move towards more wholeness and well-being within your self.
